NEED HELP? TALK TO SOMEONE
You Are Not Alone
If something is worrying you, it is important to tell someone. Talking about your worries can help you feel safer and calmer. There will always be an adult who wants to listen and help you.
Who Can I Talk to at School?
You can talk to any adult in school, including:
- Your teacher
- A teaching assistant
- A lunchtime adult
- Someone in the school office
All adults in school are there to help keep you safe.
Worry Boxes
If you do not feel ready to talk, you can write down or draw your worry and put it in one of the school Worry Boxes. An adult will read it and help you.
Help Outside School
If you need to talk to someone outside of school, you can contact:

What Happens Next?
When you tell an adult about a worry:
- An adult will listen carefully to you.
- They will help you feel safe.
- They will decide how best to help you.
- They may need to share your worry with other adults. This is only done to help keep you safe.
